  • Europe accounts for almost 40% of the worldwide market we address.
  • Also, ours is a capital intensive industry where the Return on Capital Employed can be dramatically improved by operating our centers round-the-clock. The time difference between US and Europe offers an opportunity to run our centers an additional 5-8 hours a day and thus helps improve the ROCE.
  • Europe, particularly UK and Germany, are strong outsourcing-driven countries particularly in the BFSI and Retail markets. Large back-office business process outsourcing opportunities exist there. With our global footprint for service delivery and our demonstrated capabilities, we are well equipped to address this market.
  • We have, therefore, taken a strategic decision to set up a European team starting with the UK (where we have a natural advantage with English) and then quickly ramp it up in other parts of Europe once our service delivery center is up and running in Central Europe.
